Software this house wrote, uses and sells

These are not demos. They are the systems WRSC runs its own support on, and the ones clients pay a monthly fee to use. All SaaS, all with corporate sign-in, light and dark themes, and an agent that reads what is already in the database instead of asking someone to type it again.

WR Portal

Service desk

The ticket starts where the client already is: they open it on screen or simply reply to an email, and the message becomes a ticket with a queue, an owner and a history. The client follows it without having to ask how it is going.

who it is for
Small and mid-sized companies that serve clients and today do it out of a shared mailbox.
  • Tickets from screen and from email, with attachments
  • Queue, owner, due date and full history
  • Contract hour bank, with balance and statement
  • Internal notes the client never sees
the agent

Summarises a long ticket into two different texts — one for the team and one for the client — generated from different material, so the internal note never leaks into the summary that goes out.

WR Timesheet

Time, projects and billing

From the hour entered to the invoice issued, with no spreadsheet in between. Weekly grid on desktop and phone, approval, expenses with receipts, billing per project, and the invoice coming out of the very number that was approved.

who it is for
Consultancies and service firms that sell hours, run projects and invoice for what was delivered.
  • Weekly time grid, with a phone version
  • Approval, retroactive lock and monthly close
  • Expenses with receipts, billing and cash flow
  • Brazilian NFS-e, issued by our own service
the agent

Reads what was entered during the week and writes the activity summary for the client report from the work actually recorded — not from a description written afterwards, from memory.

WR Vet

Veterinary clinic and pet shop

Schedule, records, prescriptions, stock and till in one place. Records are corrected by addendum, never by deleting; a signed prescription is frozen at the moment of signature, with a hash — fixing it means cancelling and issuing another.

who it is for
Clinics that treat, hospitalise, sell — and still have to answer for the signed prescription and the tax document.
  • Schedule, appointment, progress notes and vaccination
  • Prescriptions signed with the vet's certificate
  • Stock by batch, with balance derived from movement
  • Point of sale, payment and tax document
the agent

Answers on the clinic's WhatsApp: replies to the owner, finds the patient and the next vaccine, and hands over to a person when the question is not about scheduling.

WR Horizon

S&OP wired to Dynamics 365

It joins demand — EDI, files, customer forecast — with stock, production and the D365 order book on a single base per customer, item, site and week. The approved plan goes back to the ERP as forecast and orders, after someone has looked at it line by line.

who it is for
Manufacturers who plan demand and supply and today decide inside a spreadsheet nobody can audit any more.
  • Demand from EDI and files, mapped from D365
  • A 13-week horizon, in ISO weeks
  • A cycle that freezes: an approved number does not change later
  • Publishing reviewable line by line, with the ERP's answer
the agent

Explains the week's variation — what went up, what went down and what it is being compared against — before anyone asks where the number came from.

Scenography and events

From the request to the project, from the project to tasks with owners, from production to delivery and transfer. And the part nobody solves: a shipment creates a debt of return with a deadline, and the system chases that debt instead of giving the feeling that someone is watching.

who it is for
Those who design and build trade-show stands, sets, product mock-ups and shops — and live off material that goes out and has to come back.
  • Project, task, owner and production
  • Delivery, transfer and material movement
  • Shipments with the return chased by deadline
  • A proposal that starts from the reference image
the agent

The front door is a conversation: email and WhatsApp answered by the same assistant, which understands the request before a project exists.

Shared rooms and consulting rooms

The problem with a shared room is not the calendar: it is the clash between two calendars that cannot see each other. Here the room has a calendar of its own, the practitioner books what is free, and the split comes from what was actually occupied.

who it is for
Spaces that rent rooms and consulting rooms by the slot, and the practitioners who manage themselves inside them.
  • A calendar per room, per consulting room and per practitioner
  • Booking, rescheduling and blocking without clashes
  • Cost split by occupied slot, not by verbal agreement
  • Support for the self-managed practice, with no front desk in between
the agent

Confirms and reschedules with the patient in conversation, and returns the room to the grid the moment the new slot is agreed.

What we learn building these products goes back into the D365 practice — and the other way round. Same house, same yardstick: nothing reaches production without a check that knows how to fail.

PRODUCTS

One technical base, six products

Corporate authentication, permissions from a single source, mail queue, attachments outside the public area, an agent with a cost ceiling and the visual identity all come from the same base. That is why a new product takes weeks and not quarters — and why what one learns reaches the others.

Partnership

A strategic partner, not an hours supplier

The difference shows up in the third meeting. A supplier answers what was asked; a partner asks why it was asked, and sometimes answers that the road is a different one — with the numbers in hand. That is what measure, do not assume is for: opinions about performance, tax risk or deadlines are cheap. Measurement costs time and ends the argument.
